Course Syllabus
The syllabus contains information about course content, assessments, required materials, attendance policies, and contact information. On the bottom of the syllabus, there is space for both the student and parent to sign and date. Please sign and date; after I have checked off your name, please keep the syllabus in your class folder. You are required to maintain and keep all relevant course information.
